I’ve gone here twice. Once after my mother-in-laws heel surgery (both heels). And then again for my wife to get work shoes (12-13 hour shifts, mostly on feet). We received great service and got to try on multiple shoes with both visits. The sales representatives were knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly, NOT pushy! We will go again! I hope anyone who is in the market for quality shoes gives this place a shot!

Woldruff’s large selection of high quality shoes is topped only by their outstanding customer service. Even though the store was extremely busy, we were greeted within moments of entering and received expert assistance from Brian. Both my husband and I struggle to find shoes that fit properly and provide good support. Brian found creative solutions to problems we’ve never been able to solve before and worked tirelessly to find shoes that were a perfect fit for both of us. We’ve never had a better shoe shopping experience! Top-notch customer service, knowledgeable staff, and top-quality products.

I went in to this store to find a new pair of shoes for both my husband & myself. Ben was super kind & helpful, bringing out SO many options for me & a whole cart of options when I had to pick a pair for my husband. He was patient & helpful through all of my indecisiveness. We had been here before & it was also an extremely positive experience! They help each individual who comes in, including measuring your feet & helping you put on each shoe- a very unique experience. Highly recommend coming in for a wide selection of shoes in all sizes & a personalized experience!!

Our family loves this shoe store. We live in Reston VA and whenever we visit our family in Elkhart/Goshen this is a must stop. They carry a lot of quality brands that focus on comfort and function. We’ll be back when we visit again!

Very helpful folks. Good selection. They didn’t have every shoe in my size but they certainly had a wide selection and could order quickly what they didn’t have in stock. Great place. I went for some quality shoes due to plantar fasciitis. They had the insoles I needed in stock and I found a pair of Brooks in my size in the color I wanted.

Great shoe store!! Excellent service and selection. A great way to step back in time when you selected a shoe you liked and the clerk would go back for your size. I love it when they return with another similar selection to compare it with.

Looked them up online to see if they sold on cloud shoes. Greeted right away when we walked in. They reviewed what my wife was looking for, measured her foot and brought out a few options. Bought a few socks. My wife was happy with her shoes, service was great. We thought we would pay a premium for the shoes for it being a small store, but a Coworker paid more for the same shoes from a national retailer. They had a great selection of other shoes. This place is worth visiting and not going to a national retailer. You won't walk away disappointed.
